The frames or honeycombs placed inside are melting, and the wax comes out from a specific outlet and is collected in a small tray. A small filter keeps the channel open. The wax produced by this method is of excellent quality and has undergone natural whitening by the sun. Can include an optional rotating stand.

This melter is entirely made of stainless steel. It is intended for melting comb wax to be worked into pure wax. Wax cappings obtained during uncapping can also be melted. The melter works with water vapor. Water needs to be constantly present in the wax melter. When it is heated to the boiling point, it becomes vapour, which escapes through the perforated basket and melts the comb wax. Pure beeswax then flows out through the perforated bottom of the wax melter. Simultaneously the frames are disinfected. It is also possible to heat the melter with hard fuels. A gas burner is not supplied with the wax melter. Outlet can be closed, so you can use it just for disinfection. Capacity approx. 20 frame Dimension: 60 x 40 x 82 cm, basket: 33 x 53 x 49 cm.
