Conveyer belt with control

Operates between the rotating table for jar placement and the capping machine. It is where jars automatically stop and get filled. It interactively communicates with the dosing device. Equipped with a system of communication with other machines in the line.
Rotating table for empty jars placement

It is the first machine in the packaging line. The operator leaves the empty jars on the
rotating surface. The table will decongest the jars and will put them in line to feed the jar transporter.
Rotating table filled jars collection

It is the last machine in the packaging line. It rotates so that it progressively fills out
giving you time to collect the finished jars and put them in a box.

Το περιστρεφόμενο τραπέζι σταθμού δοσομέτρησης τροφοδοτεί από αριστερά προς τα δεξιά τη δοσομετρική με άδεια βάζα, δίνει σήμα βάζου στη δοσομετρική και στη συνέχεια λαμβάνει σήμα πλήρωσης βάζου από τη δοσομετρική και φέρνει το επόμενο άδειο βάζο για γέμισμα. Τα γεμάτα δοχεία συλλέγονται στο κέντρο του τραπεζιού. Μπορεί να λειτουργήσει αυτόνομα σε συνδυασμό με τη δοσομετρική. Μπορεί να αναβαθμιστεί και να συνδεθεί με διάδρομο τροφοδοσίας. Η δοσομετρική χρειάζεται δικό της σύστημα στήριξης. Με ρυθμιστή ταχύτητας περιστροφής. Διάμετρος 100cm Ύψος 83 cm ( διαφορετικό κατόπιν παραγγελίας ). Ελάχιστες διαστάσεις βάζου διάμετρος φ3cm , υψος 3 cm. Μέγιστες διαστάσεις βάζου διάμετρος φ12cm , υψος 17 cm Ταχύτητα περιστροφής 12RPM 230 V 25 W Βάρος 60 kg.
