Separates pollen from foreign matter. Pollen is falling through a screen inside the machine. A stainless steel diaphragm and the airflow generated by fans, separates pollen from legs, wings and other foreign matter. Thus, unwanted matter and pollen are heading for different ways. It works in two stages. In the first stage it creates the sheet of wax and in the second it prints hexagons of desired diameter and cuts the sheet to the desired dimensions. A beeper notifies the operator when the desired number of honeycombs has been produced. The strips are printed by the barrels with 800 cells / dm. Temperatures above 50-55°C can spoil honey. Get a honey thermometer to monitor its temperature; it will cost you much less than a non-conformity. Stainless steel construction.

ATTENTION!!! The product operates ONLY with the appropriate pressure regulator and the required type of LPG. Using LPG or/and a pressure regulator out of specifications will cause out of limits temperatures in the digits (lower or higher), resulting in their permanent damage and eventually setting the device and the digits OUT OF WARRANTY.

Steel beekeeping wire. It does not expand so it keeps the honey comb straight and secure. Ideal for applying the wire in the frames with a wiring board like PO50002. In rolls of 2 Kg.

The only energy that is used is the human so based on the present community direction the tanks are not included to the products that required CE certification but only a suitability certification for food storage which we provide. Because the tanks are built from stainless steel “304” no chlorine or acid must be used during cleaning because their surface can get blurred. To clean the tanks you can use soap and hot water. The stainless steel female connection of the tank has diameter 1 ½''. They come with a lid and plastic handle.
