Ideal solution for honey decrystallization. Just pour the honey into a tank with a heating spiral and thick nylon fabric. The crystals that cause the decrystalization are separated to the nylon fabric. The exit of the steam during the heating is enabled through the perforated bottom of the tank. With this procedure the water level in the honey can be reduced up to 1% and by this the honey does not loses its value. 8-16 kg of honey can be decrystallized in one hour.
