This melter is entirely made of stainless steel. It is intended for melting comb wax to be worked into pure wax. Wax cappings obtained during uncapping can also be melted. The melter works with water vapor. Water needs to be constantly present in the wax melter. When it is heated to the boiling point, it becomes vapour, which escapes through the perforated basket and melts the comb wax. Pure beeswax then flows out through the perforated bottom of the wax melter. Simultaneously the frames are disinfected. It is also possible to heat the melter with hard fuels. A gas burner is not supplied with the wax melter. Outlet can be closed, so you can use it just for disinfection. Capacity approx. 20 frame Dimension: 60 x 40 x 82 cm, basket: 33 x 53 x 49 cm.

Professional machine for high efficiency and very low cost. Capacity up to 200 frames / hour. Disinfects frames. Temperature reaches 140⁰C. Produces an average of 120 g / black honeycomb for brook chamber (Langstroth). There is no need to remove the wire from frames. Requires steam supply for operation.

The only energy that is used is the human so based on the present community direction the tanks are not included to the products that required CE certification but only a suitability certification for food storage which we provide. Because the tanks are built from stainless steel “304” no chlorine or acid must be used during cleaning because their surface can get blurred. To clean the tanks you can use soap and hot water. The stainless steel female connection of the tank has diameter 1 ½''. They come with a lid and plastic handle.
