The new ANEL LockFit Beehive Bottom Board (Detachable Plastic Ventilated Langstroth Set with Drawer and Door - Available in brown and white) was designed to offer maximum functionality, stability, and ergonomics for every beekeeper. This is a bottom board with multiple capabilities and absolute compatibility with wooden and plastic hive bodies, thanks to its reinforced perimeter frame.

🔸 Drawer & Varroa Monitoring The drawer features grid lines/guides that allow for faster Varroa counting, offering valuable information on the colony's health.

Amazing strength, fit for tough use. With five points for hive body stabilization. With bases of special non-slip material, screwed to the bottom, so that the hives do not slip during transportation by truck and the bases remain attached. Accompanied by very practical transportation-protection doors.

Can be connected with the hive body with four different ways:
1. With adjustable front and rear fasteners.
2. With wire fasteners right and left.
3. Screw-in. With special connectors so that the bottom can be screwed permanently on the hive body thus transforming into a brood chamber with non-atachable bottom board.
4. With attachment straps which can be removed after beehive placement to discourage thieves.

What are the advantages of a ventilated plastic bottom board?
• Bees can keep the hive clean very easily.
• When applying treatments for varroa the parasites fall down under the hive thus treating the hive more effectively.
• Ventilation means less humidity and less humidity means fewer chances that nozema will spread in the hive. 

How does it work:

With the above tool you can configure your own ANEL plastic beehive as you wish. Some items are mandatory (base, one hive body brood-chamber and one hive cover) and the others are optional.

Each time you select an item the picture changes, so you see what you are selecting.

From top to bottom, select:

The type of base board and then its color.

Then choose from one to three normal hive bodies (brood chambers) as well as the colors of each. Only one brood chamber is required if you want a single hive.

Frames for the brood chambers are optional. Choose plastic frames (waxed or unwaxed) and their color, or a variety of wooden frames, as well as the quantity. If you want all your hive bodies to have frames, select 10 frames for each hive body.

Then in the same way you choose if you want medium hive bodies ¾ Farrar (honey supers) and their frames. Honey supers and their frames are all optional.

Then choose the type of hive cover you want (mandatory option).

If you want fasteners (optional) select as follows:

• Two long fasteners for each hive body you are ordering (regular or medium).
• For fasteners on the base board and hive cover simply check the box and two pieces will automatically be inserted. The bottom parts of the fasteners go on the base and the hooks go on the hive cover.
• Choose the fastener application service if you want us to screw the fasteners on the hive parts. The quantity you need to choose should be the same as the total number of fasteners you are ordering.

You can then choose, optionally, the type of feeder, type of pollen collector, queen excluders and propolis collection screens.

Each time you select or deselect an item, the final price you see below the list of options changes.

When you have finished the configuration of your beehive, you can select the final quantity of hives next to the "Add to cart" button if you want more than one hive with the same configuration. 

By pressing "Add to cart" your beehives are added to the shopping cart.

ANEL plastic honeycomb foundation, printed with absolute hexagons (5.6 mm). There is no need for riveting and applying wire on the frames anymore! They can be applied on normal wooden frames that have a slit on the upper and lower part. You can purchase these frames from us, otherwise, with the right tools and very little effort, shape your own existing frames so they can accept the plastic honeycomb foundations. ANEL plastic honeycomb foundations and frames will not be affected by wax moth. They will remain sturdy and you can use higher speeds in the honey extractor without destroying the honeycomb. Particularly useful for tight honey types. All ANEL plastic honeycomb foundations can come unwaxed or waxed. If you want to wax the foundations yourself you can either dip them in molten wax at a temperature of 60-70ºC or wax them with the help of a roll that you dive into the wax. Made of food-grade plastic. TIP: The ANEL plastic honeycomb foundation can be disinfected in 5% caustic potash solution at 80ºC.

Με αεριζόμενο κινητό πλαστικό πάτο που διατηρεί όλα τα πλεονεκτήματα του κλειστού πάτου ANEL αλλά υιοθετεί τη νέα τάση που έχει προκύψει παγκόσμια για αερισμό της κυψέλης από το κάτω μέρος. Τι προσφέρει ο αεριζόμενος/αντιβαρρόα πάτος: Έχει παρατηρηθεί ότι οι μέλισσες πετούν πολλά βαρρόα καθημερινά κάτω τα οποία όμως ξανανεβαίνουν στις μέλισσες. Με τον ανοιχτό πάτο της ANEL όμως όποιο βαρρόα πέσει κάτω στο χώμα εξουδετερώνεται, πεθαίνει και το μελίσσι έχει σημαντικό όφελος. Όπως επίσης σημαντικό όφελος έχει και για ασθένειες που σχετίζονται με την υγρασία (ασκοσφαίρωση και νοζεμίαση) οι οποίες αποδεδειγμένα όταν η κυψέλη αερίζεται επαρκώς προσβάλουν μικρότερο αριθμό μελισσοσμηνών. Κατασκευασμένος έτσι ώστε να μη βουλώνει από τη δραστηριότητα του σμήνους.
Σύνδεση με τον όροφο με τέσσερις διαφορετικούς τρόπους:
• Με ρυθμιζόμενους συνδετήρες εμπρός και πίσω
• Με συνδετήρες σύρματος δεξιά και αριστερά
• Βιδωτοί: Υπάρχουν ειδικές υποδοχές για να βιδώσουν μόνιμα τον πάτο στο πάτωμα
• Με ιμάντες σύνδεσης τους οποίους και μπορείτε να αφαιρέσετε μετά την τοποθέτηση των κυψελών για να αποθαρρύνετε τους κλέφτες.
Ο πάτος της πλαστικής κυψέλης μετατρέπεται πολύ εύκολα σε γυρεοσυλλέκτη: Διαθέτει ενσωματωμένο πλέγμα συλλογής γύρης. Έτσι με την προμήθεια του σετ συλλογής γύρης ref. AN57100 μπορείτε να μετατρέψετε τον υβριδικό σας πάτο ANEL σε γυρεοσυλλέκτη οποιαδήποτε στιγμή το επιθυμείτε!
Συνοδεύεται από πολύ πρακτικές πόρτες: Τα πορτάκια για το κλείσιμο της εισόδου της κυψέλης που συνοδεύουν τον πάτο είναι εφοδιασμένα με ειδικές θυρίδες εισόδου για τις μέλισσες οι οποίες εμποδίζουν την είσοδο σε ζωύφια μεγαλύτερα των 8mm. Προστατεύουν ακόμα και από τις μικρές κίτρινες σφήκες γιατί δίνουν την ευκαιρία στις εργάτριες να αμυνθούν από «οχυρωμένη» θέση τους εχθρούς. Τα πορτάκια είναι εφοδιασμένα στην πίσω πλευρά με ένα πιράκι το οποίο ασφαλίζει αυτόματα την πόρτα στη θέση μεταφοράς.
Δεν γλιστράει στην καρότσα κατά τη μεταφορά: Τα πέλματα του πάτου είναι από ειδικό αντιολισθητικό υλικό και είναι βιδωμένα στον πάτο. Έτσι και δεν γλιστράνε οι κυψέλες στην καρότσα του φορτηγού κατά τη μεταφορά και δεν αποκολλούνται τα πέλματα από τα πόδια.
