Shipping & Payment Methods

For customers ordering outside of Greece:

ANEL cooperates with a wide network of distributors in many countries of the world. Depending on the country where you are ordering from we might re-direct you to one or more of our partners.

In order to receive an offer with shipping costs included, please place an order on our website so we know the product codes, quantities, billing details and exact delivery address. The website will not ask you for payment and it does not calculate shipping costs. We will answer back as soon as possible with a full offer which will include shipping costs and you can then decide if you want to pay and proceed with the order.
Please make sure you finish all steps of the order until you get back an automatic email confirming that your order has been registered

Payments methods for customers ordering outside of Greece: in advance payment by bank transfer or PayPal (details will be given in our answer by email). 

For customers residing in Greece:

You can pick up your order from our stores in Ano Liossia, Athens or from the Thessaloniki branch in Neo Rysio. See here for directions.

Shipping and payment methods

- Shipping by courier (Geniki Tachidromiki):

Only for non-bulky parcels. Cost: 6 € for parcels under 4kg. For heavier packages, contact us to inform you about the shipping cost.

Payment methods: cash on delivery or deposit in a bank account.

 - Shipping by shipping company:

For heavier and bulkier orders.

We will deliver your order free of charge to a transport agency in Athens. You will be charged by the agency the cost of transportation to your place. If you have an agency of your choice please call us or write it in the comments of the order form to indicate it.

Method of payment: deposit in a bank account.

- Free delivery in Attica for orders over € 100 (except Attica islands).(Deliveries apply to products starting with the code ''AN'').
